1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to winrm9. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and winrm9 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, and features offered through the winrm9 platform at winrm9.vip and the winrm9 mobile app.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the winrm9 platform, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please cease using the winrm9 platform immediately.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the winrm9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where the use of winrm9 services is prohibited.
• Never previously banned or removed from the winrm9 platform.
• Not registering on behalf of any third-party individual or business entity without written authorisation from winrm9.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. winrm9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a national ID or passport at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

3 Account Management

Once your account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within it. winrm9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Your password must be unique, strong, and not shared with any other party.
• You must notify the winrm9 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Winrm9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Personal information in your account can be updated via the account settings page, subject to re-verification of identity if required.

Winrm9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account at the user level remains your own responsibility.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

• Processing time: winrm9 processes withdrawals within the stated timeframe, excluding the bank's own processing time.
• Suspected funds: winrm9 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that require further investigation due to suspicious activity or potential fraud.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Winrm9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated separately alongside the respective offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any wins derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Winrm9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts or coordinating with other players, will result in bonus cancellation and further action taken against the account.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the winrm9 platform — including Bingo, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and Wagering — have their own specific rules, which can be found on the respective game pages. The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once the round has ended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, winrm9 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under exceptional circumstances as determined by winrm9.
• Winrm9 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a third party to ensure the fairness of every game.

For sports betting, displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. winrm9 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error affecting the odds display.

7 Member Conduct

All winrm9 members are required to conduct themselves in a polite, honest, and responsible manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the winrm9 platform.
• Any form of fraud, impersonation, or attempt to unlawfully influence game outcomes.
• Communications containing offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at other members or winrm9 staff.
• Sharing or selling your winrm9 account to another party.
• Use of unauthorized payment methods or falsification of financial transaction information.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Winrm9 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with winrm9 Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service improvement purposes.
• Winrm9 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• All data is stored on servers protected by advanced encryption and strict access controls.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data or apply for data deletion through the winrm9 support team.

9 Liability Limit

Winrm9 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Winrm9 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Winrm9 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Winrm9's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You are free to close your winrm9 account at any time by contacting our support team. winrm9 also reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for the period specified by winrm9's inactivity policy.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or a court order.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, winrm9 reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonuses, and wins accumulated in that account, subject to the outcome of an investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration.
• The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
• You agree that any legal action shall be taken on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions is the authoritative and valid version. Should any discrepancy arise between different language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence.
